Renting a short-term apartment in Samara from an agency.

I have found a reliable short-term rental agency and I am in a position tohelp you to find an apartment the day you come. It'll take about 2 hours and I will charge your only $12/hour for my service. The agensy's comisssion is usually $20. We'll need to make some phone calls and visit couple of offered options.The apartments cost from 900R ($30) to 3000 R ($100) for 24 hours. Apartment rental pricing is determined by the following factors:
· Location: Apartments closer to the city center or near the Volga are more expensive.
· Number of Rooms.
· Security: A lot of apartment buildings require a door code to enter the building; some also have an attendant at the front entrance.
· Amenities: One or more of the following: TV, VCR, stereo, satellite TV, washing machine and dishwasher.
