We are a small family of 3 people from Samara, Russia. We like visitors very much. Many people from USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, Belgium and France prefer our place to expensive Samara hotels. We were having a great time in many beautiful places of Samara, in our Garden and on the Volga river together.

I am Mikhail.
I work as a computer programmer. I like meeting English speaking people, speaking with them. Not long ago I spent a month in the UK, studying Web-programming. My main job now is developing and implementation accounting software. I am also doing a lot of consultancy work for foreigners.

My wife Lena is a housewife.
She helps me with my work also. She has made a great progress in studying English.

Our daughter Anna is 14 now.
She is making good progress in English, German and French in school.

We offer a personal service to each guest. State your preferences and we will do our best to satisfy your requirements. We can offer you additional service: personal English-speaking guide, lift to (from) any part of Samara, mobile phone rental sauna for minimum rates. We will write down our phone number and address both in English and in Russian, and mark the location on a map of Samara. We will indicate all the local transportation service that will bring you to and from the home. We take pride in our service and have genuine satisfaction in seeing our guests come back to us.

Flexible Stay (long or short term)
Whether the accommodation required be for a few nights, a few weeks or for some months - you are always welcome. If you are planning a stay of 5 or 6 nights why not opt for a full week at the cheaper rate? You are not obliged to pay further, full weeks after your first week. In other words, if you stay 8 or 9 nights you pay 8 or 9 nights at the cheaper, weekly rate.
